The Training and Placement Cell of the Department of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) acts as a bridge between students and the IT industry. The department organizes technical workshops, expert lectures, seminars, coding bootcamps, hackathons, certification programs, aptitude training, soft skills sessions, and placement preparation activities to enhance students' technical and professional competencies.
A structured training methodology is followed to develop students' aptitude, logical reasoning, programming and problem-solving skills, communication skills, leadership qualities, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and interview readiness.
